From software management to employee access

Cloudpager connects application management on the admin side to the software employees ultimately receive. The challenge was making those relationships understandable without requiring users to think through the underlying technical system.

Designing powerful admin workflows without the chaos

I designed across applications, Workpods, Storefronts, policies, permissions, system feedback, and other administrative workflows. My focus was creating consistent ways to configure, review, understand status, and move through complex parts of the platform.

Connecting admin decisions to the end-user experience

Administrators manage applications, organize them into Workpods, configure Storefronts, and control what employees can ultimately access. The admin experience needed to expose enough control while keeping the downstream employee experience simple.

Long-term product ownership

As the primary product designer on Cloudpager, I worked closely with product and engineering to translate technical requirements into coherent admin workflows and evolve the platform as its scope expanded.
